Beginning Monday, May 16, at 9 a.m., Wells Station Road/Berkshire Avenue between Chelsea Avenue and Davis Circle will be closed to through traffic to allow CSX railroad to perform reconstruction of the railroad track crossing. This closure will be in effect until Thursday evening, May 19.
Local traffic will have access on Wells Station Road/Berkshire Avenue up to the closure at the railroad tracks.
Motorists who normally use Wells Station Road/Berkshire Avenue between Chelsea Avenue and Davis Circle are advised to use an alternate route during the days of closure. The signed detour route will make use of Chelsea Avenue, Graham Street and Berkshire Avenue.
